Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain items such as custom or perishable goods are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, please provide photo proof within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
